The third group of projects addresses socio-economic issues, including a focus on improving living conditions, ensuring sustainable development, increasing employment, and improving water and power supply systems, education and public health.

Expected outputs are:

• An improved access to safe drinking water.

• For the rural population: establishment and/or development of private small enterprises, creation of new jobs, and increased labor efficiency.

• An improvement in the quality of medical services.
